Relaxing Classes

  • Uses gentle postures and props to assist and coordinate breathing exercises.

    Aims to stretch your whole body to relax your mind and body, relieve the accumulated stress in daily life

  • Start by stretching the spine and open the chest step by step. Yoga bricks will also be used to open the thoracic vertebrae more deeply to further correct the hunchback and rounded shoulders. In addition to opening the chest to make breathing smoother, it also trains the scapula and back shoulder to relieve shoulder pain and improve your posture.

  • The psoas major muscle, which is connected to the upper thigh bone and lower back, is a gluteal muscle group that is particularly prone to tightening. When this area is too tight, it will cause back pain. Through lunges, cat poses and cow poses, (yoga movements), you can relax the tight psoas muscles, promote circulation in the lower body, and increase muscle strength in the lower body.

  • The class aims to build awareness of your body, quiet yourself down, and achieve a state of living in the present moment.

    During practice, you will be staying for a few minutes for each yoga pose. This gives us time to focus on observing our bodies, to feel every part of the body, from top to bottom, outside to inside.

  • A restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.

  • Stretches your body gently with the help of a yoga wheel.

    Aims to improve your due to long periods of sitting or lack of exercises, stiffness of your body caused by different body pains such as cold back, lower back pain and other urban ailments.

  • Stimulates the chakras through the sound vibrations produced by the singing bowl, purifies the body's energy system and relax deeply,

    Gradually, you enters the state of meditation and your body, mind and soul will be healed.

Yoga For All-Levels

  • Practice basic yoga poses and breathing exercises.

    Aims to improve body balance and primary strength training, increase flexibility and relax your body and mind.

  • Yin exercises focus on muscle stretching, releasing tight muscles around the hip joints and spine, and using breathing and relaxation methods to achieve deep extension; Yang exercises focus on muscle control and strength training in various parts of the body. The alternating practice of two different types of yoga, yin and yang, allows the body's energy to gradually become balanced and stable.

  • The word "Hatha" means strength. The "body movements and postures" is emphasized by Hatha Yoga. Rather than requiring the movements to be completely correct and impeccable, it focuses on "feeling" to experience the feeling of basic postures, and achieve muscle stretching and physical and mental relaxation through breathing, postures and meditation.

  • Vinaysa is characterized by the smooth connection between postures. It emphasizes the matching of movements and breathing, and focuses on fluidity and coherence. The practice process is like dancing to the beat. The intensity is a little higher than Hatha yoga.

  • A fast-paced body conditioning technique that combines breathing, stretching and strengthening to achieve and maintain optimal posture.

    It allow your body to move freely and efficiently by strengthening your deep abdominal and core stabilisers while relaxing tense neck and shoulder muscles.

  • By simply using the yoga wheel and breathing, you can easily open your chest and back. It also helps to deepen the stretching range and achieve deep relaxation in the chest, shoulders, back, hips and other parts.

    It aims to train a better sense of balance, core strength and backbend range, making the process of unlocking more difficult postures such as hand balance, handstand, wheel pose, etc. smoother.

Specialised Classes

  • A form of yoga that is practiced using silk hammocks or swings instead of a traditional yoga mat. It allows for deeper stretches and inversions, and provides a unique and fun way to practice yoga.

    The hammocks provide support and stability, allowing practitioners to suspend themselves in various poses and experience a sense of weightlessness.

    Helps improve flexibility, balance, and strength, while also promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

  • A form of yoga that combines traditional stretching techniques with aerial movements, often performed in a suspension hammock or aerial silks. It helps to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility, while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

    It can be a fun and challenging way to stretch and strengthen the body, while also providing a unique and creative fitness experience.

  • Focuses on building upper body strength to prepare the practitioner for inversions like shoulder stand, advanced inversions like arm balances, head stand, etc.

    The aim of this class is to build a strong practice so the practitioner can move into, hold, and come out of an arm balancing posture on their own. Hands-on adjustment is provided if needed.

    *Recommended for students who have a regular practice of more than 6 months

  • A very dynamic and athletic form of Hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures.

    The structure and frequency of the practice is designed to help you quickly improve your body and overall wellness. The set sequence of posture creates a strong framework that allows one to focus on the inner limbs of the yoga sutras.

    *Recommended for students who have a regular practice of more than 6 months

  • An ideal preparation for labor and birth which creates awareness and calmness to the pregnant woman. It is intended to create a balance between emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions.
